Prime Social plans to donate a percent of its proceeds from the upcoming holiday to benefit military families living with combat trauma.

Children in a small Fort Bend County town will have a brighter Christmas thanks to donations from the players at Houston’s largest poker club.

Prime Social Poker Club brought holiday cheer to underprivileged children in Kendleton this week through their third annual “All In” toy drive. The poker room members brought unwrapped toys in exchange for free time to play their favorite games.

“Oh, this is just wonderful. I didn’t know what we were going to do,” said Faye Anderson, who picked up the donations to take to Kendleton.

Prime Social didn’t let the pandemic stop their Christmas cheer.

When forced to close their doors in March, the club managed to donate over 800 pounds of their unused food to West Houston Assistance Ministries (WHAM). For Memorial Day Prime Social donated 10% of that day’s proceeds to the Lone Survivor Foundation, raising $2,500. This year’s annual Full House Feast brought more canned goods and frozen turkey donations to our WHAM neighbors. In the past, the “All In” toy drive has benefited DePelchin Children’s Center, Houston Police Department’s Blue Santa, and the Hispanic Caucus of the Houston Professional Firefighters Association.

Prime Social made national headlines this year when they brought the largest tournament ever to the Texas poker scene. The Lone Star Inaugural Poker Series drew in players from around the country with over $300,000 in guarantees.
